So, I started a diet in October of last year. It's not really a diet per se, since I still eat the same over-processed crap that I've always eaten. The main intention of this diet was learning the concept of portion control; I ate way too much in the past and I one day I realized this behavior had to stop.
Total loss so far – 40 pounds, and the weight keeps coming off. I weighted 238 back in October, and I'm at 198 now. Hopefully I can get back down to my high school levels of 160 pounds by the end of the year.
